1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Spaze Co-working Space ("Spaze," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use Spaze facilities for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials or facilities beyond permitted use
- use the materials or facilities for any commercial purpose without proper membership or booking
- attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or access restricted areas
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials or facilities
3. Membership and Bookings
3.1 Membership
Membership fees are charged monthly and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Members must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3.2 Workspace Bookings
Workspace bookings are subject to availability. All bookings must be made through our official booking system. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
3.3 Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking or membership activation. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes.
4. Facility Rules and Guidelines
4.1 General Conduct
All users must:
- Respect other members and maintain a professional environment
- Keep noise levels appropriate for a shared workspace
- Clean up after themselves and maintain workspace hygiene
- Follow all posted safety guidelines and emergency procedures
4.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Illegal activities of any kind
- Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
- Smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises
- Consumption of alcohol without authorization
- Loud music or disruptive behavior
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices.
6. Intellectual Property
The content, design, graphics, and other materials on our premises and digital platforms are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding, logos, or proprietary materials without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Spaze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our facilities or services.
8. Security and Personal Property
While we provide security measures, Spaze is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Members and visitors use our facilities at their own risk and should take appropriate precautions with valuable items.
9. Technology and Internet Usage
Our WiFi and technology resources are provided for business and professional use. Inappropriate use, including accessing illegal content or excessive bandwidth usage, may result in suspension of access.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
